1、Provide free operation and maintenance training
    We have years of experience in equipment manufacturing, installation and maintenance, provide designated detailed technical materials about installation, debugging, operation and maintenance according to the equipment running state and offer operation and maintenance training to people on site. Buyer may assign related operators and maintenance personnel to attend our training according to the project progress and actual needs.
Upon arrival of products, we will send a professional technician to teach you how to install and debug and provide on-site training according to the technical parameters, application and maintenance state to ensure that all the products are operated and used correctly.
3、Perfect product quality assurance system and three guarantees for product
    We provide three guarantees for product within 5 years from the date of use under the conditions that the rules of storage, installation, application and operation are observed. We will provide free repair or replace the defective or damaged parts and compensate for corresponding loss if the product stops running for quality problems. Under this case, the guarantee period will be extended for 12 months from the date of reuse.
    We always provide technical consulting service and after-sales service upon expiry of guarantee period, and will make a reply within half hour upon receipt of the notice if any problem occurs during running;
4、Establish an after-sales technical department to provide after-sales service for users
    We attaches great importance to after-sales service and specially establishes an engineering department and an after- sales technical department to provide after-sales services (such as installation, debugging, maintenance and on-site technical training) for users to solve their problems and collect advices.
  To ensure the user can get technical support and service on time during product use, we arrange a professional after-sales engineer to answer the user’s phone for 24 hours. Any complaint about equipment fault will be responded within 1 hour upon receipt. We promise that we will respond to the users’ needs and solve their problems in the shortest time.
