In case of any qualify problem during the “three guarantees” period, our staff will arrive at the scene within 6 hours if in Guangdong or 24 hours if outside Guangdong upon receipt of notice.

Remarks: The following circumstances are beyond the scope of free repair or replacement:
      1、If the damage is caused improper use, maintenance and storage
      2、If the damage is caused by grid fault.
      3、If the damage is caused by force majeure.
      4、If the damage is caused by repair and removal done by the one other than our company.
