Product Overview:
SC(B)10 epoxy resin casting dry-type distribution transformer, applicable to energy saving and environmental protection, features insulation class F. Compared with performance indicators in Group B of GB/T 10228-2008 Technical parameters and requirements of dry-type power transformer, it features no-load loss on average for 10% lower, load loss reduced for 5% down. It is characterized at flame retardant, high fire resistance, pollution-free, maintenance-free, low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, high heat dissipation, convenient installation, low integrated operating cost, strong thermal shock withstanding, large over-load capacity, high reliability, insensitivity to humidity and dust, direct installation in load center as well as other advantages, creating its wide adaptability.
Product Features:
This core is structured in 45° miter joint and step ladder lamination. Therefore the product features low no-load loss and noise.
Low-voltage coil is wound by quality oxygen-free copper coil or glass film-wound oxygen-free copper flat wire, structured in foil or cylindrical shape, encapsulated with resins at the ends, as a rigid entirety by high temperature curing, strongly capable of short circuit resistance; high-voltage coil is structured in segmented, cylindrical and multi-layer shape, supported by glass fiber mesh, casted by the resin under vacuum, as a rigid entirety by high temperature curing, i.e. coil conductors are encapsulated by solid insulating layer of epoxy resin. It is hard for moisture immersion, and meanwhile it features good performance in moisture and pollution prevention, high mechanical strength, strong resistance to sudden short-circuit, as well as resistance to lightning strike.
